BUILDING & FACILITY SUPERVISORPurpose of the jobTo ensure that all company buildings and facilities are safe and well maintained at the most economical cost and are kept in pristine shape all year round that they comply with all federal and state Government statutory requirement. Major Responsibilities:· Maintain all Building and Facilities database on UPS office nationwide· Manage the activities of contracting firms handling the cleaning and maintenance activities in our office(s)· Generate performance reports and evaluation of all Building & Facilities contractors indicating efficiency level, compliance to standards and specifications and timelines of delivery. Qualification and ExperienceCandidate must possess a first degree aor its equivalent in Civil Engineering/Estate Management plus a minimum of 4 years relevant job experience Personal Attributes· Ability to work under pressure and good team player· Good negotiation, interpersonal and relationship skill· Excellent knowledge on the use of Microsoft office (Excel, word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access & project)· Ability to make good use of AUTOCAD will be an advantage ACCOUNT EXECUTIVEPurpose of the jobTo win, grow and retain customers to achieve Sales Plan and Goals MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES· Marketing research and planning· Marketing penetration and cold visits· Objection handling prompt resolution of customer complaints QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE· Candidates must possess a minimum of a college degree, HND/BSC in business related filds· 2 years cognate experience Personal Attributes· Ability to work under· Ability to take initiative· Above average disposition to customer service with good communications skills· Must be a team player, ready to work for the good of the team HOW TO APPLY1.
