Maersk is recruiting for an IT Manager. The candidate must be a graduate with a B.Sc. in Computer Science or related Course, a graduate degree and/or Project Management Certification an advantage and possess not less than two (2) years relevant experience in IT management role.The IT Manager, will be responsible for executing global/regional IT strategy that can be leveraged for competitive advantage and for supporting other corporate strategies.You will be part of a competitive organization offering big potential for personal growth and in-depth insights to an exciting, rapidly developing industry.
Reporting to the Cluster/ Country Top, the IT Manager will be responsible for
• Ensuring that Maersks’ investment in information is secure to sustain all business operations
• Working closely with the Data Quality Manager to provide a framework for effective Information Systems that support business processing accurately
• Ensuring the implementation of appropriate platforms for effective organization wide communications (voice and data)
