MIHO-Assistant to the C.E.O
Our Lagos based subsidiary miho Inspection System Nigeria Ltd. is newly founded, and groundwork as far as set up and organization of the office is required.
A reliable back office is the key for a successful performance of our Director and Chief Engineer, and the applicant supports them in their task to provide technical service to customers located in Western Africa. Target is the establishment and keeping of international working standards.
This includes quick and dedicated customer service over phone and by e-mail. Organization and scheduling of service visits and the keeping of a supportive spare part consignment stock. Related to the latter are all administrative tasks as far as import / export issues are concerned. The applicant will give support in visa application for our German employees. Accounting and daily office work.
Close co-operation with several departments of the mother company will be required at all times. You will report to our German based C.E.O. directly.

Qualification and Knowledge:
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Business Administration.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Skills and Attributes:
Customer oriented.
Over the average written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
