REGULATORY AFFAIRS MANAGER – FMCG (REF: 54)

GlobalProfilers is a recruitment & HR Services firm; we are currently looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager for our leading client in FMCG.
JOB ROLE:
To provide regulatory expertise to the Company in all Product Category including Health & Personal Care and all Household products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to proactively lead global product registration and regulatory compliance efforts for the Company's product categories
Monitor, collect and interpret regulatory issues and trends that will impact product categories, policies and procedures as well as such information with appropriate local and global functions.
Interface with government agencies and industry associations in Nigeria to assess the impact and implementation of all regulations, laws and industry policies that affect the ingredients, packaging, marketing, advertising, labeling and production
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Related field
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an industry developing a range of healthcare products subject to regulation under relevant Nigeria directives or in a regulatory agency
Ability to understand and interpret Nigeria directives and regulatory guidelines and communicate them effectively.
