DIRECTOR, MEMBERSHIP SERVICESREF: CIPMN/110/DMSEstablished in 1968, the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) is the body authorized by law to regulate the practice of human resource management in Nigeria. Through its work in setting and enforcing ethical standards, the Institute has continued to promote excellence in the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills among its members.Reporting to the Registrar/CEO, the Director, Membership Services is responsible for the delivery of highly professional membership services geared towards growing membership size and enhancing member satisfaction. You will oversee the Institute’s branch expansion program and direct the day-to-day activities of the Membership Directorate.• A Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, the social sciences or a business-related discipline. A relevant post-graduate qualification will be an advantage• A minimum of ten years of professional HR practice, ideally with responsibility for recruitment and retention. Prior experience in a customer-facing role or actual membership management experience will be a distinct advantage.
