A3&O LTD is first class telecoms engineering company based in Lagos and is in the process of expanding the scope of its operations to the rest of Africa is looking for young dynamic and highly motivated people for the following positions.

Accountant (1)
Responsibilities – Assist with the application of budgeting guidelines, processes, methods, role and schedules in preparing and updating business unit and organizational budgets.
Process bills and payments
Process invoices, cash receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts in account receivables.
Generate all data and reports to satisfy management, statutory and fiscal policy requirements.
Provide financial reports promptly.
Analyse the company’s cash management process Administrating support including invoices and payment collection.
Monitor internal control procedure on a daily basis

QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Banking and finance, Accounting or other related discipline
Must be chartered, ACA or ACCA and at least 7 years post qualification experience, 3 of which must have been spent in a managerial role in a formal business organization.
Age – must not be older than 40 years

Application Developer (2)
• Design, develop and deploy Value Added Services (VAS) applications for use by mobile telecommunications operators and also customised solutions for the financial industry.
• Customer interaction to define and document solution requirements and preparation of functional specifications.
• Technical support of deployed applications both on the phone and via email.
• Technical sales support for the media sales team (i.e. Participating in customer visits).

Minimum 3 years of programming experience with particular emphasis on the following skills:
• System Analysis and application architecture design
• Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET Frameworks
• Comprehensive knowledge of Visual C#
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database schema design.
• Web application design (Both front end and backend)
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server .
• Some knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Source Safe version control.
• Some knowledge and familiarity with the SMPP protocol and any knowledge related to MMS would be an added advantage.
• Some knowledge of the .NET Mobile SDK
• Knowledge of Java and associated technologies (i.e. J2EE, JSP, Servlets etc.) would be an advantage Some knowledge of unix and/or linux would be an advantage

QUALIFICATION
B.SC computer science or B.Eng from a reputable institution, 3 years post qualification experience, possession of MCAD will definitely be an advantage.
Not more than 32 years old
