ERP Project Manager-Nigerian/Expatriates

DUTIES:
1- Oversee daily activities of ERP Unit (+manage staff);
2- Handle all Intels Navision development requirements e.g. from design, delivery, Super Key Users & Super Users;
3- Based on international standard ERP practices, advise on technical solutions/possibilities for Intel ERP requirements, possibilities of Navision, usage facility, and implementation costs;
4- Follow status of FOBs, by: a. Liaising with the developers for prompt response to ERP Team b. Ensuring an immediate loading of the FOB in Demo c. Making a first review of the FOB in Demo d. Notifying the Super Key Users and Super Users about the availability of the development in Demo e. Sending reminders in case of inappropriate delay in the review, 48 hours after the first notification, then every 24 hours
5- Ensure system integrity: a. In the new developments loaded into the databases b. In the safe and secure position of the various databases on the servers c. In the review and enforcement of the existing security policy (permissions, segregation between operational bases…)
6- Define in liaison with Statistics & ERP Manager the ERP budget and ERP Team’s training schedules;
7- Based on the priorities assigned by ISU, set the work schedule for the developers;
8- Ensure that all Intels ERPs are maintained in accordance with supplier’s specifications;
9- All other duties assigned by Statistics & ERP Manager, Intels AGM, DGM or GM.
Responsible also for the IntelsProd1 (Intels) and DirectProd1 (InterOil)databases:
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/MIS or above and Minimum 5 years experience with Navision and Microsoft IS Systems (Microsoft OS, SQL expert)
• Highly professional Project Manager skills and attributes and experience, having been involved in at least 2 major ERP projects
• Must have good interpersonal and analysis skills
• Must have coaching, mentoring and situational leadership qualities
• Must have a general knowledge of Finance & Accounting
• Must have a dynamic and problem solving ability and able to deal with difficult situations
