SOAP PLANT MANAGER

Experience in Preferred Industry Type: Washing Soap and Toilet soap production, maintenance and quality control. Knowledge of Modern Techniques and formulation /manufacture of specialty Toilet soaps would be an added advantage. Mechanical Engineers with Soap Plant experience or Candidates from other faculties with a mechanical bent of mind with good maintenance experience in the Toilet and washing soap industry essentially, from large organizations would be preferred

Functional Area: Fully responsible for the operation, maintenance & quality control of the companies 36,000MT / year washing soap and 18,000MT/Year Toilet Soap plants Job Description To operate plants efficiently at maximum capacity .To attain budgeted production targets in the Washing Soap and Toilet Soap Plants .Optimize raw material and chemical consumptions To Control Power , utility consumption and packing material consumption and minimize operational costs, Carry out preventive , breakdown and routine maintenance of all plants under his control, quality control, expansion and development.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Functional Area: Factory commercial operations, materials Management, Inventory Control, Accounts, Finance, Audit Job Description Purchase management local and imported , Negotiating with vendors, Inventory management, Monitoring stock level of the materials at unit, Cost and cost control, Coordinate the purchase of POSM & other market promotion items. Good Knowledge in Product Costing, Monthly Cost Sheet, and Standard Costing, MIS like Variance Analysis, Budgeting, and Cost Control, Product wise Break-Even Analysis, Pricing, Cost Audit, and Inventory Costing preferably in a FMCG product mfg environment. MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE TO WORK IN TOTAL COMPUTERISED ENVIRONMENT Also should possess financial/accounting knowledge in an ERP environment.

BRAND CONSULTANT -FMCG

Specific requirements & Experience: 1.At least 7 to 10 years of marketing experience out of which at least 5 years should be in managing FMCG brands of MNC`s. 2.Must possess in depth brand management knowledge. new product development, appreciation of trade marketing and modern consumer insight techniques. 3.Ability to pick out key learning from consumer research , linking them with brand marketing strategy and effectively change brand marketing plans. 4.Capability to conceptualize on the Pull/Push brand marketing matrix. 5.Briliant communication skills. 6.Excellent working knowledge with computers. 7.Good numeric ability, superior analytical aptitude, exceptional interpersonal competence, passion for the job, innovation, think out of the box attitude and admirable team leadership are key traits that we would be looking for in the individual.

Maintenance of plant and equipments Mechanical Engineers/ Electrical Engineers with a mechanical bent of mind with good maintenance experience in the Chemical Process Industry essentially, from large organizations would be preferred. Should have hands on experience in maintaining all types of pumps, Gear reducers, Roller mills, compressors, chillers, boilers, evaporators, Heat exchangers, vacuum pumps, Soap stampers, Flow Wrapping machines, cooling towers and other process plant equipments

Functional Area: Fully responsible for maintenance of the companies washing soap and Toilet Soap plants with associated utilities and services Job Description Preventive, Breakdown & routine maintenance of Soap plant equipments and machinery and utilities. Maintaining inventory of essential spares, lubrication of all equipments.

Safety & Fire Officer

Experience: 5 - 10 Years Location: PORT HARCOURT, NIGERIA Compensation: Commensurate with qualification and experience Education: 1. OND / HND / Graduation / Post Graduation with Specialized training in Industrial safety and industrial firefighting. 2.Diploma holders in Industrial Safety would be preferred

Experience in Preferred Industry Type: Industrial Products/Heavy Machinery/Oil Refineries/Petrochemical Plants & Chemical process plants using inflammable solvents. Functional Area: Production, Maintenance, Quality control ,Tank Farms, all buildings within and outside the premises owned by the company also company warehouses within and outside company premises Desired Profile:
