Southern Sun, a key player in the hospitality business seeks to seeks to recruit bright people for the following positions:

• HR Manager: 3 - 5 years experience in HR Practice required. Must be knowledgeable in labour laws as it affects the industry.:

• Purchasing Manager - 2-3 years experience in medium to large organization. The person will be responsible for all purchasing activities of the hotel. Will interface with the Finance department, management, and kitchen etc.:

• Assistant Financial Controller – The person will ensure effective internal accounting controls and good governance. In addition the person will ensure accurate and timely submission of relevant financial information to stakeholders. The candidate must be an Accountant and have knowledge of software packages, payroll, etc.:

• Sales and Marketing Executive – The person will be responsible for all sales and marketing functions.:

• Food and Beverage Controller - Cost control element will be relevant to this position.:
