HR Country Manager-CRANFIELD MANAGEMENT
We are looking for an exceptional Nigerian HR country manager with 7+ yrs of HR experience, some of which should have been gained in Nigeria.
The candidate, who will take responsibility for the HR function in Nigeria and assigned regions, must posses excellent budget & talent management skills as well as exceptional skills in defining Human Resource programmes, procedures & policies.
The role will focus mainly on:
Driving the expansion of operations.
Significantly increasing headcount via talent management and resource planning.
Developing HR frameworks in line with global practices.
Candidates with experience of multinational organizations and global processes will have a distinct advantage.
