WE are a reputable company in the sales and distribution of telecommunication products and a business partner to leading GSM operator based in Osogbo, Osun State with branches across the State. Due to business expansion we are seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidate for this position:JOB TITLE: HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDITREPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR / CEOJOB DESCRIPTION1. Serves as the company's chief control officer and as a member of the executive management team2. Establishes objectives, scope ad timetable audit3. Plan, conducts and leads financial, operational and compliance audit of operations, processes and procedures4. Assesses cost-benefit, efficiency, effectiveness of operations and make recommendations to the Managing Director5. Directs, review and verify records for compliance with third parties and the suppliers6. Manage the internal control staff in the identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations for improvement7. Interfaces with the external auditors ad consultants.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe candidates must:Have at least 5 yrs audit experience in a reputable audit firm; in a audit department of a similar Company or an experience in a telecoms related companyBe a graduate of Accountancy and holds at least P.E.
