Architect
Our client, an indigenous firm of architects that specializes in design and build for telecoms, private individuals and residential estates, seeks the services of an experienced and qualified architect.

The preferred candidate MUST be able to:
· Manage the development and implementation of building design concepts
· Organise interdepartmental reviews and oversee the generation of design/construction documentation.
· Facilitate resolution of design, construction and visual merchandising issues.
· Oversee work of other architects, designers, planners, surveyors, engineers and project managers throughout the construction phase and post-construction as required.

Person specifications
The preferred candidates MUST
· Have excellent verbal communication skills
· Be Female
· NOT be older than 30 years.

Qualification & Experience
· B.Sc. /HND Architecture (Minimum 2nd Class Lower division OR Lower Credit)
· Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD
· Minimum2 years work experience in a similar role.
· Experience in the use of MS Office
· Project management and site supervision experience will be a plus.
