Job description / Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Attending to customer calls either on telephone or physically on enquiries, complaints & faults Explain to customers the entire services offered Ensure prompt response to customers needs’ Advise customers on cost or equipment Liaise with engineering department in resolving issues and complaints, etc.

Knowledge / Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Age requirement

Successful candidate must not be above 35 years old. Qualifications / Experience Minimum of B.Sc (2nd class lower) or HND (upper credit) in Marketing or relevant discipline 2 years cognate experience in similar job function is an advantage Possess high sense of salesmanship and be able to accommodate existing and win new customers
