Head of Business Outlets

Requirements:
* Minimum qualification of Second Class degree from a reputable University (additional qualification will be an added advantage).
* Not less than 3 years experience heading a unit or team marketing insurance products
* Excellent communication, negotiation, marketing and selling skills.
* Must be computer literate.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Must have passion to deliver agreed set targets.
* Must have in-depth understanding of the market peculiarities in location of choice.
* Ability to develop and grow the market very fast.
* Must be resident in location of choice.

Marketing Officers

Requirements:
* Minimum qualifications same as above.
* Excellent communication; negotiation and marketing skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Must be market-driven
