Min. of 10yrs post graduation experience
4 years experience in a strategic management position in a similar industry.
A good first degree or its equivalent in civil ,building/structural engineering or architecture.
Post graduate degree in civil,building,structural engineering or engineering management.
Buisness or proffessional qualification/qualifications e.g MBA,etc will be an added advantage.
