Head of Learning and Development

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Learning & Development.

The main focus of the role is to identify training and development needs in business and to implement them. The key responsibilities of the role are to design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs; plan, develop and implement training budgets and forecast costs; monitor, measure and report on training and development plans and achievements; supervise training and development of clients and provide added value.

It is essential candidates have previous training and development experience. You will have the ability to work alone unsupervised and as part of a team, possess sound analytical skills and be a natural communicator. This role is Lagos based and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
