PEOPLE TEMP-HR Manager

Reports to CEO
Business Objective
guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company
Core Working Relationships
All Staff (approx 25 contract and employees)
All consultants on the field
Direct reports - one

Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
Internal clients (PeopleTemp/PeoplePrime staff)
• Recruitment – sourcing, selection, engagement;
• Performance management and appraisal systems;
• Compliance to regulatory concerns;
• Employee orientation,
• Training and development
• Policy development and documentation;
• Employee relations;
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health (health plans, workmens’ compensation, pensions etc)
• Employee services and counselling.
• Employee administration
• Employee database management
External clients (Consultants on the field)
• Management of temporary, contract and outsourced personnel on the field with clients
• All the above duties
Educational Requirements University degree Minimum Experience 10 years working experience working in a credible SME
Desired Experience
Experience with companies with exposure to some best practices
Technical Competencies • All HR technical skills per job function above
• Strong problem solving skills
• Training knowledge and experience of applicable computer software (Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software, would be advanageous)
• Time and stress management skills
• Ability to work without supervision
• Ability to engage, supervise and motivate all direct reports
• Good people management and relationship skills
