Positions:
1. HEAD, PRIVATE TRUST
Job Objective: To set up, prospect and grow the business of the Private Trust Department.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Supervises: Senior Analysts
Job specification:
• Setting up of the Private Trust Department
• Setting up and administration of Trusts, Endowments and living trusts.
• Financial and Retirement Planning
• Portfolio Planning and Asset Management
• Fund establishment and management
• Estate planning and settlement, generational wealth management and succession planning
• Fiduciary services
• Investment management, investment advisory, financial advisory
• Property management , agency and custodian services
• Relationship management, private banking
• Will drafting and processing of Letters of Administration
• Company Secretarial and Nominee Services
Person Specification:
• First Degree in any relevant discipline • MBA is an advantage • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA and/or CFA will be a definite advantage • 3 – 5 years experience in similar role with demonstrable track record is compulsory • Not more than 40years

2. HEAD, COMMERCIAL TRUST
Job Objective:
To set up, prospect and grow the business of the Commercial Trust Department.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officerv Supervises: Senior Analysts
Job Specifications:
• Setting up of the Commercial Trust Department
• Fund establishment and management
• Fiduciary services
• Investment management, investment advisory, financial advisory
• Property management and custodian services
• Trustee to consortium lending
• Bond Trusteeship
• Trustee to employee benefit and provident funds
Person Specification:
• First Degree in any relevant discipline • MBA • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA and/or CFA will be a definite advantage • 3 – 5 years experience in similar role with demonstrable track record is compulsory • Not more than 40years

3. SENIOR ANALYSTS
Job Objective/Responsibilities: To effectively support the Heads of Department and act as team leaders in growing the business.
Reporting to: Head of Private Trusts/Head of Commercial Trust
People Specification:
• First Degree in Law, Business Administration or any relevant discipline • Must be highly numerate and self starters • An MBA and/or Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA and/or CFA will be a definite advantage • Not less than 2 years experience in similar role (compulsory) • Not more than 35years
