On-going expansion in Nigeria has created the need for the appointment of experienced and qualified professional to the following positions.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Reporting to the Head Human Resource and Admin. You will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s human resources management system. Your key responsibilities would include formulating appropriate HR strategies designing and implementation efficient HR process such as staffing, compensation and manpower development as well as developing policies and practices capable of increasing employee’s commitment and capabilities.

First Degree in Social Science/ Humanities, membership of IPM, you will have 5-7 years post qualification cognate in similar role preferably in a reputable manufacturing organization.

HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR

Assist HR Manager with interviews and hiring action, ensuring completion of employee’s documentation and administration, complete administration tasks related to all aspects of the role in an efficient and timely manner to support HR sections and other projects as assigned.

Degree in Social Science/Humanities, excellent knowledge of HR administration processes, organized and detail oriented, with strong computer skill. Right candidate must have excellent communication skills and preferably 2-3 years experience.
