Female Sales Representatives (3 years of experience)
• Take charge of all phases of the sales process
• Drive existing business to maximize both account profitability and company revenue, Whilst identifying new business opportunities
• Assist in the Business Development of the Company
• Resolve customer complaints regarding dales and service
• Advise on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business-Guarantee High standards of customer relationship management.
• Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships.

Female Sales Managers (5-7 years of experience)
Personal Characteristics:
• Strong leadership skills, very good interpersonal and listening skills,
• Ability to liaise with market, suppliers and other service providers.
• Good at persuading people and an experienced negotiator.
• Strong commercial awareness and business penetration, whilst analytically sharp
• Strong problem solving
• High communication skills, well developed written and verbal skills
• Strong presentation skills – ability to put forward a coherent/persuasive arguments
• A positive attitude-focused and tenacious
