Marketing and Sales Manager
We are a newly formed company of an international conglomerate with an ambition to participate in the Nigerian real estate sector and to become its Developer of Choice. We are looking for similarity ambitious and competent professionals to fill the following vacant positions:

1. CONTRACTS MANAGER:

Will report to the CEO and shall be a member of the Project Contracts and Cost Control Team. He shall manage the preparation and supervision of all contracts, and keep & control cost for local & International materials procurement.

Requirements: Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Building Science.
Minimum of 12 years experience in high profile real estate projects, membership of relevant professional bodies, solid competences in budgets, including billing and calculation of theoretical material consumption.

2. MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER

Will report to the CEO and shall be a member of the Marketing Team. He will manage the preparation and supervision of the marketing and sales strategies, and ensure effective communications of the company’s vision and unique values of its projects.

Requirements: Recognized degree in Marketing or Real Estate, Minimum of 12 years experience in Real Estate/Marketing and Sales. Be creative, resourceful and dynamic with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contact, excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, he/she must be ready to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays.

3. PROJECT MANAGER:

Will report to the CEO, and a key member of the Project Development Team. He will manage and supervise consultants, contractors and the preparation of the construction brief, its schedule and its implementation of the site. He will ensure the successful construction of the project.

Requirements: Structural Engineering Degree, 12 years working experience with an established track record of project management. You are expected to be versed in approval procedures be relevant government agencies.
Oversees work experience will be an added advantage.
